The exhibition SUB CONSCIOUS shows recent abstract paintings by Vincentio Phiri on display at the Lechwe Trust Art Gallery. The viewer in this text firstly is introduced to the socio-historical context, that is, the Lusaka art world. The second section is about the art-historical context, that is, abstract art as a style and ideology. The third part is about Vincentio Phiri as an artist.
The exhibition is open Tuesdays - Saturdays 10:00-18:00 hrs; Sundays 12:00-18:00 hrs.
